For this year's Yule Feast, I prepared an early 15th C. Iberian Feast based mainly on Manual de Mujeres, Libre de Sent Soví, and Libra del Coch.

I was very honored to be chosen as Head Cook of The State Dinner at Pennsic XL. I prepared, at TRM request, a basic, early period dinner. This was primarily speculative, based on ingredients found in the archaeological record of the Norse settlements in Brittan.

For this year's Yule Feast, I prepared an early 16th C. Dutch Feast based on UB Gent 1035, KANTL Gent 15 (from Coquinaria.nl), and the Cookbook of Thomas Van de Noot.

Yule Feast 2009 - For Yule Feast 2009 I did a late 16th C. German feast based mostly on Rumpolt and Welserins' Cookbooks.

Yule Feast 2008 - For Yule Feast 2008 I did a late 14th C./ Early 15th C. English/French (because sometimes France is England, too) feast based mostly on Forme of Cury and Le Menagier de Paris (and a few others).
